Issued Quotes can be raised from the Advanced Helpdesk

Task Management > Advanced Helpdesk - Issued Quotes

The link will open the Advanced Helpdesk - Issued Quotes Grid. It is a grid view which can be searched, sorted and customised as normal.

To add a new Issued Quote click New , to edit and existing Issued Quote click Edit .
